Ivana has a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care she has worked in early childhood for seven years and believes a strong team thrives under passionate and inclusive leadership
As an educator, Ivana is passionate and motivated to continue to learn, grow and to gain further knowledge as she believes that learning is a lifelong process.
Ivana’s personal philosophy implements aspects of Montessorian theory, allowing children to use their independence as they develop their self-help skills, while encouraging the child’s own natural desire to learn. She also strongly believes in Piaget’s Theory of the four developmental stages and the significance of play – based, child driven learning.
Ms Belinda has a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, she has extensive experience in the industry and two children of her own who have helped shape her beliefs regarding Early Childhood Education.
Ms Belinda is a very passionate and compassionate educator. She believes her role as an educator is to guide and support children. Her kinetic approach to education revolves around tactile and sensory play, as she encourages children to make choices and decisions that inspire their curiosity and interests which drive the educational program.
Ms Angela (or Ange as she prefers to be called) is a wonderful educator with over 30 years in the industry. As the Room leader for our Busy Bee Pre-schoolers, she ensures that children have the emotional skills necessary for Kindergarten. She also runs an incredible school – readiness programme that exceeds the expectations of the EYLF.
Ms Jihan has a diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and has been with us since we started in 2019 as Room Leader of the Little Joeys (0 – 18 months). With Ms Jihan your infant is in safe hands! Ms Jihan prides herself on ensuring that families feel a sense of belonging and that children feel at ease in our care. She understands how difficult it is for families to entrust us with their infants and in turn she has close relationships with the families of her nominated children.

Ms Alicia’s bubbly personality and can-do attitude is infectious, drawing in the attention of children and the respect of her colleagues.
She believes that each child is an individual and as an educator she values and develops each child’s strengths, interests, skills, abilities and knowledge to extend their learning.
Ms Alicia believes that children learn through play and in turn she provides opportunities for children to explore, discover, create and imagine.
